The third anniversary of the founding of the Slovenian Argentine Chamber of Commerce (SLOAR) was celebrated in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the presence of more than 200 participants on Thursday, December 5th, 2024.

Those present were first greeted by the president of SLOAR, Mr Martin Križ, and a lecture on economic changes in Argentina, which was prepared at UCEMA University, whose vice-rector is Mr. Toni Marin followed.

Chamber members also introduced themselves to those present, and honorary diplomas were awarded to selected companies. 

The co-founder of SGBN, Dr Štefan Bogdan Barenboim Šalej, who, in addition to the quality work of the chamber, in his speech expressed admiration for the hard work of Slovenian entrepreneurs in Argentina, who are successfully fighting the challenges of technological development and the transformation of the Argentine economy.

As a result of the excellent cooperation between SLOBRAZ and SLOAR, the Map of the Slovenian Businesses in Argentina was presented, which is basically an initiative of the SGBN and is already successfully operating on the Brazilian market. The digital map was greeted with enthusiasm by all participants.

SGBN was also awarded a special award by SLOAR for the excellent bilateral cooperation, for which we at SGBN are sincerely grateful and we hope for even more excellent cooperation in the coming year.
