Last week, Consul General Alenka Jerak visited Huron, Norwalk and Whitehouse in Ohio, where she met with the management of three successful Slovenian companies: DEWESoft, an innovative data processing and measurements (Andrew and Christie Nowicki), Armeton which produces counterweights for household appliances (Matej Juh and Primož Seljak), and Seven Refractories/RHI Magnesita where advanced fireproof materials and products (Matjaž Mihalič's engineering team) are being produced.

Fantastic stories about Slovenian business successes in USA in various fields. All three are distinguished by cooperation with many important large partners - NASA, Boeing, Airbus, Whirpool, Samsung, LG, etc. and by their specific niche products, hard work, dedication to the realisation of the vision, team approach, innovation, perseverance... and of course the Slovenian approach.
