Is a non-profitable platform for connecting and expanding the cooperation in the Slovenian business diaspora.
What is the main objective of SLO Global?
The main purpose of SLO Global is to connect Slovenian entrepreneurs around the world through the platform.
What differs SLO Global from other existing platforms and associations?
SLO Global connects entrepreneurs and business people who are descendants (up to 4th generation) who live and work abroad and would like to establish business cooperation with the entrepreneurs or companies in Slovenia or other Slovenian entrepreneurs around the globe.
Who is the founder of SLO Global?
The SLO Global project is a part of Slovenian Global Business Network which was founded by Dr Štefan Bogdan Barenboim Šalej, Dr Peter Kraljič, and Ambassador Aljaž Gosnar, all the most highly experienced and respected in the field of business diplomacy.
Who are the members of SLO Global?
The members are the entrepreneurs, businessmen and businesswomen of Slovenian roots around the world as well as the institutions of the Slovenian business diaspora such as Chambers of Commerce and other forms of association.
Who is the supporter or partner of SLO Global?
The SLO Global Platform is supported and funded by the Government Office for Slovenians Abroad, the Ministry of Foreign Affair of the Republic of Slovenia, and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Brasilia, Brazil. A partner can become any private or public entity willing to contribute to the development of the platform.
What is the purpose of the SLO Global platform?
The platform aims to be a meeting point for business-oriented Slovenians all over the world. It is a tool for searching or offering business proposals, expanding their business, and getting to find out the Slovenian talents around the globe.
How does the platform work?
The SLO Global Platform allows you to network, offer and/or find products, services and new business partners with Slovene origins or all over the globe. Platform is an online starting point for entering a global marketplaces using the Business Directory, attending the business events, or being updated with the latest business-oriented news from Slovenia and worldwide.
How can I become a member?
You can join Slovenian Global Business Network by applying your company through the Member’s Form available here.
How much does a membership of SLO Global cost?
Applying for membership and becoming a member of SLO Global platform is free of charge, at the moment. Note that the payment policy might change.
Where can I apply to become a SLO Global’s member?
Click on the JOIN button displayed on the Main Menu or here. Fill in and submit the Member’s form. As soon as your request for membership is approved by the Administrator, your profile will be published in the section Members.
How can I edit a Member’s content?
You can log in on top menu by clicking the Sign In button using the user name and password you have designated at Member’s Form while applying.
What’s the advantage of being a member of SLO Global platform?
As a registered member, you have full access to the Business Opportunities page and are able to insert your business offer or demand to be visible on that page. The number of inserted offers or demands by each member is not limited.
In case I have various offers, can I insert them all?
If you have multiple offers or demands note that each offer or demand has to be inserted individually. Note also that the validity of each offer/demand is limited. Inserting the date of the expiration is mandatory.

As a registered member, you have access to the Business Opportunities page and are able to check the existing business offers or insert your business demand to be visible on the Business Opportunities page.
